Before founding Project 216, Sharon served as a Training Manager for several organizations, developing comprehensive corporate training programs for the District of Columbia Department of Finance and Revenue and implementing major educational projects of national scope for a contract with the United States Department of Justice.
She also established partnerships with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a CMMI level 5 outsourcing company, and served as Project Manager to upgrade legacy applications to modern platforms and successfully migrate offshore development back to local resources after re-engineering efforts were completed.
She has worked in Shanghai, China at Jianping High School coordinating international college and career development, and organizing exchanges with the US Department of Education and major American universities. She is a Certified Inventory Specialist (CIS) through the National Inventory Certification Association (NICA) and a member of the Inventory Institute.
